Verizon +play

The assignment: build Verizon a new revenue line from content it didn't own. +play was a content marketplace — a platform play that turned Verizon's subscriber base into sellable distribution for streaming partners. I led the content partnership strategy: which services to bundle, how to price and package exclusives, and how to merchandise partner content across platform surfaces.

The result was a new multi-million-dollar revenue stream and the foundation for Verizon's broader content integration strategy.
